LED lighting is the scientific name for self ballasted LED lamps, the existing energy efficiency rating of the national standard, namely "non directional general lighting self ballasted LED lamp efficiency limit value and energy efficiency rating" GB 30255-2013, the energy efficiency level is divided into 3 levels, the highest efficiency is 1, see table 1.

Initial luminous efficiency: the ratio of the initial luminous flux to the actual power, lm/W;
Color code: color temperature code, that is 65 for 6500K, 50 for 5000K, for 4000K, 35 for 3500K, 30 for 3000K, 27 for 2700K, P27 for the color coordinates near the Planck curve, color temperature 2700K;
All the light beam angle greater than 180 deg.. 0 degrees ~135 degrees in any region of the intensity of the angle and the entire region of the average light intensity deviation of not more than 20%; within 135 degrees ~180 degrees of light flux should not be less than the total luminous flux of 5%.
Half light distribution: beam angle greater than 180 degrees, the light distribution does not meet the "flying light" type.
All optical quasi: non directional illumination light distribution type beam angle of not more than 180 degrees.
From the table:
1, high color temperature light bulb effect is higher than the low color temperature, higher than about 10%;
2, grade 1 light effect is close to the level of 3 times of 2;
About 15% light 3, half light / quasi flying light is higher than all the light.
Recommend the use of high energy efficiency rating of LED bulbs, grade 3 is the minimum requirements must be met. This table is suitable for rated power 2W~60W, rated voltage 220V, rated frequency 50Hz LED bulb.
